Who we are

Swift Booking Services is a proprietary travel services business registered as an MSME under Udyam registration UDYAM-KR-03-0731554, operating from 12, Srinivas Tower, 175 Bannerghatta Main Road, JP Nagar, Bengaluru 560076, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" refer to that business, and "you" refers to the client engaging our services.

What we do and do not provide

We act as an agent arranging travel services supplied by third parties — airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurers and government authorities. We are not the operator of those services. Your travel is subject to each supplier's own conditions of carriage or booking terms, which we will provide on request.

We are responsible for the accuracy and diligence of the arrangements we make and the advice we give. We are not responsible for the operational performance of a supplier, though we will act on your behalf to resolve any failure.

Quotations and pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, typically 24 to 72 hours, because supplier inventory and fares change continuously. Every quotation separates the supplier cost from our service fee.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Foreign currency components are converted at the rate prevailing on the date of ticketing and may vary from the quoted figure if payment is delayed.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and the applicable payment has cleared. Fares, rates and availability are not held by a verbal instruction alone.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, and credit or debit card. Payments are made to our registered current account or through our payment gateway. We never request payment to a personal account, and any such request is fraudulent.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier's rules for your specific fare or rate, which we disclose before you pay. Our service fee is separate and, once work has been performed, is non-refundable.

Where a refund is due from a supplier, we file it, track it and follow up until credit is received. Airline and hotel refund timelines are outside our control and typically range from seven days to twelve weeks.

Visa fees paid to a government or processing centre are never refundable, regardless of outcome. This is set by the authority, not by us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, particularly the exact spelling of names as they appear in passports. Corrections after ticketing attract airline penalties which are charged to you.

You are responsible for holding a passport with sufficient validity — usually six months beyond your return date — and for meeting entry, transit and health requirements of your destination. We advise on these carefully, but the final obligation rests with the traveller.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee you paid us for the affected booking, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We are not liable for losses caused by supplier insolvency, weather, industrial action, airspace closure, government decisions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend travel insurance on every international trip and can arrange it as part of your booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We will always attempt to resolve a complaint directly and promptly before it reaches that point.
