No agency can guarantee the grant of a visa. Decisions rest entirely with the relevant consulate, embassy or immigration authority, which may refuse an application without giving reasons.

Our published approval rate reflects our historical performance on files we prepared end to end. It is a record, not a prediction, and it does not constitute a guarantee for any individual application.
