How we handle
your information.

What we collect

To arrange travel we collect only what suppliers and authorities require: your name as printed on your passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry, contact details, travel dates and destinations, and any preferences or accessibility needs you share with us.

For visa applications we additionally handle financial documents, employment records and supporting correspondence, because consulates require them. For corporate accounts we hold cost-centre and approver information supplied by your employer.

We do not store complete card numbers. Card payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway and we retain only the transaction reference.

Why we hold it

Your information is used to issue tickets, file visa applications, book accommodation and ground transport, and to contact you about your booking. We also use it to meet statutory record-keeping obligations under Indian tax and MSME regulations.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We have no advertising relationships of any kind.

Who we share it with

Only the parties required to deliver your booking:

• Airlines, hotels, transport operators and ground handlers named in your itinerary
• Consulates, embassies and visa processing centres such as VFS Global
• Insurance underwriters where you have purchased a policy through us
• Our payment gateway and banking partners
• Statutory authorities where legally compelled

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for eight years to satisfy Indian tax and audit requirements. Visa supporting documents — bank statements, ITRs, employment letters — are deleted within ninety days of a decision unless you ask us to retain them for a future application.

You may request deletion of anything not subject to a statutory retention requirement by writing to us. We will confirm completion in writing within thirty days.

How it is protected

Documents are stored on access-controlled systems limited to the consultants working on your file. Physical documents are held in a locked facility at our registered office and returned or destroyed after use.

We will never ask for your card details, passwords or OTPs over WhatsApp, chat or an unsecured phone call. If you receive such a request purporting to be from us, do not respond and contact the desk directly.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for future processing, or request deletion subject to the retention periods above. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
